After all the hard work I did for the weight loss: I realized to share with other people. So in this dedicated” how to lose weight series” I’ shall walk you through step by step process and understanding of weight loss procedure.

How to lose weight: I did bit of research on that but wasn’t satisfied with the answers available on the internet or else I just got into the nesting of spammers; trying to sell everything they have. Finally, decided to take the matter in my hand.
I would like to welcome all of you to the phase ONE of the genuine weight loss program that is devoid of any false claims of magical weight loss or lose weight in five days.

For the beginners phase one makes lot of sense. In order to achieve the desired results of healthy weight loss, first thing you need to understand your body type and bad eating habits of yours. Saying this may seem little easier but keeping check on everything that you gallop is not easy. When I say not easy! Trust me, it is really very hard. You can’t jump to the stage five; you have to take stride mentioned in the post.

Calories
Calories: sounds familiar, right? Not calories but the extra unwanted fats are the problem. If you pay close attention to the details of what you eat and what you drink; a whole lot of calories than the required for your body. Every step that you take; every moment burns the calories, even to maintain smooth functioning on its functioning. No matter if you sit whole day! Still your body will burn whole lot of calories.

You know when you eat food and drink drinks? Well, every one of those foods and every one of those drinks contain calories. Say it with me... calories. The reason I'm mentioning calories to you as though you are 5 years old is because the answer to the almighty "how to lose weight" question all revolves around calories. Not only does everything you eat and drink contain calories, but everything you do burns calories. Literally every step you take and every move you make burns calories. In fact, your body actually burns hundreds and even thousands of calories each day on its own just functioning. You could sit still all day and your body would still burn calories.
