Water Intake – Take plenty of water to wash out the toxins; often Splash water on face.

SS – Use of sunscreens which have UVA and UVB protection with min of 15 SPF. Application 20 min before going out in the sun and to be repeated every 3 to 4 hrs.

Products – Use water based and light products, do not stop the use of moisturizer especially if you remain in AC for long as it dehydrates your skin. Check the expiry of products. Store the products in fridge according to the instructions on the products.

Clothes – Avoid use of tight and synthetic clothes as your skin cannot breathe. Use sunglasses and head gear to protect eyes and avoid headaches.

Exfoliate – Exfoliation helps removal of the dead skin cells and the tan resulting in the soft and supple fresh looking skin.

Diet – Plenty of antioxidants in the diet; use olive oil, fish, citrus fruits like oranges lemons grapes do good. Replenish the loss of minerals through the sweat by correct intake on coconut water for potassium and salted lassi for sodium.

Hot and humid weather: can lead to rashes hence avoid tight and synthetic clothing.

Frequent change of clothes is advised. Laser for underarms!

People suffering from Rosacea and sunburns should completely avoid sun and remain in AC environment.
