What Is Triphala?
Triphala is blend of three botanical elements and  one of the most popular remedy in ayurved.  It is basically consist of dried and powdered fruits of amla (Emblica officinalis), myrobalan (Terminalia chebula), and belleric myrobalan (Terminalia belerica), all of which are medicinal plants
