Keep these simple rules in mind to achieve long lasting results. At times some people tend to overdo these things, but Never let these points slip out of your mind “that weight loss is not the only thing that you have got to do in your life”. So let’s get started in right way!


Rule of thumb
Most important rule for weight loss: Don’t overdo it! Do not skip your regular meals, because in the end, it is going to retard your metabolism. So don’t try everything on your own. Do a bit of research over your meals and figure out the calories you are gobbling. Eat good, Eat healthy.

Don’t skip meals
Majority of times; I have seen the people skipping their earlier meal in the wake of having big leap at the night party. Its big mistake Buddy; Skipping meal doesn’t Help. Oh! You might be thinking that skipping of midday calorie will help you maintain the calorie, you would be gobbling in the party. It’s big No No!

Hands down to desserts and sugar
Deserts: skip the big occasion. Don’t need to regret if you are carving for good body or else trying to lose weight. Instead opt for sugar free drinks, or sweeten it up with sweetener substitute. Sipping over a cup of sugar free drink will give you time to ponder about the goods and bad of having deserts. Agree?

Try to enjoy your meal not to Gorge on special fare.
Veggies out there “smile please”… because the most important thing an expert would advise you to Pile the plate with vegetables, fruits and other low-cal items. If that can’t satiate your hunger after Deep fried junkies, fret not! You can still have them but you have to draw limit. Because you have already half filled your stomach with vegetable and fruits; in that case possibility is that you won’t gorge junkies that much.

Big NO to junks

What if someone gifts pack of chocolate, I know, I know this the easiest of the choices to gift someone and at times cheapest too. Just pick up some of your favorites and pass it on to others too. Keep that in mind, it’s far better to give than to take; esp. high calories. Tell me who wants to be fat?

No to alcoholic beverages
Big NO to alcohols. Alcoholic beverages pack about 150 to 300 calories per serving. And the biggest misconception people carry is that liquids don’t make your fatty or liquid beverage make any harm to the body either. Two, three or five serving of beer won’t make you feel nosh up; instead you will be raring to go for more. After few rounds, it’ll lead further to solid food segment. Imagine about the calorie bomb you are consuming day after day.

Make it smaller
Haste makes waste; more when you are eating. Instead take your time, eat slowly and push tables back for few minutes, try to divert your mind to somewhere else. Than start over again. Do you know , it takes around twenty minutes for stomach to relay the massage to mind that “ its full now” no more space here” or you should stop eating. But these twenty minutes are crucial. We feel hungrier than ever before in your life. Give yourself sometime between the meals, so that your brain gets the right data about your stomach status. Technically speaking LOL

Don’t feel Deprived of Your favorite food
After having done all the hard word; at times you may get carried away. It’s perfectly alright to feel deprived or longing for your favorite food. Instead; give yourself a treat. Go out and have your favorite food once in week and Make yourself feel better. But make sure you keep a check on your calories.

Learn how to say no!

On most of the special occasions; we have to do it on the insistence of our friends or family. That’s perfectly all right. You can’t get away with it. Instead try to be creative. Take a big piece of sweet meat and push it unto their mouths. No qualms. Or else take a little or gently say no. if you don’t know how to say no, well, there are so many schools running just to teach you “ how to say no” . You got the point!

Have something before the bash

Rule of thumb! Never arrive ravenous at a social function. Take light snacks before that. Best way keep yourself fit is to keep nourishing with small healthy meals throughout the day. Break it smaller as it may get.

Scrape it all
The most important thing you need to remember that if you could scrape garnishing of the food, you may save yourself from gabbling lots of calories. Abrade the icing off a piece of cake and you would get rid of 245 calories. Pizza cleared of cheese saves 100 calorie. Keep in mind friend.

Nobody is perfect and you are nobody

So you overate last night or you skipped your exercise
this morning. Just get back on track, don’t use this indiscretion as a reason to blow off your Life program.
